Over at Bach weve been pondering the reality that hops dont shine without the perfect cushion of malts. Doug & Gabi Michael started Gladfield Malt 14 years ago. Dougs a 5th generation barley grower and you might say hes a Grain Daddy of malt here in NZ. Grain Daddy Double IPA is proudly brewed using locally grown & malted Gladfield malt, and a truckload of NZ and USA hops including; Nelson Sauvin, Strata and Citra.
