A big & bold imperial stout aged in Brix Rum Barrels for over 3 months, this beer is bursting with smooth vanilla & oak aromas and subtle fruity notes of plums and raisins. These barrels have subsequently been returned to Brix for another round of Rum ageing, stay tuned!
Best enjoyed at warmer temperatures, and savoured over every sip. Pairs well with a nip of Brix Gold Rum.
