Jooooooose. An unctuous juice bomb loaded with mango, papaya, banana, guava, lychee and lime. Its a tropical paradise discovered through Incognito, LUPOMAX and Dip Hopping techniques.
A modern approach to old skool beer. Aromatic, juicy and a dryish bitter finish for balance. Mosaic, El Dorado, Amarillo and Galaxy all playing together at various stages on the hot and cold side to pull out as much hop flavour as possible. The big 8.5% base provides a perfect structure to let the complex aromatics shine.
