Part of a worldwide release this is a Modern IPA in collaboration with long time pals Yakima Chief Hops. Together, forever, we present a hop revolution CRYO POP – a supercharged blend of beer soluble hop compounds. We’ve used this unique blend in all three ways it’s designed to be The Lead Star (heavy use in Whirlpool) The Amplifier (Dry Hopped in conjunction with Nelson Sauvin & Sabro) The Biotransformer (Dry Hopped in 2 separate tanks during fermentation with both our House NEIPA strain, and our House ale strain, then blended together). Cryo Pop Original Blend delivers massive tropical, stone fruit, and citrus aroma and characters that are designed to survive through the brewing process.
