The first release in our series of three single hop beers. Three of our favourite hops; one grist bill to unite them all!
The malt body for these brews is simple, yet elegant, carrying and conveying the wonderful hop flavours and aromas.
First up is Citra, probably the world’s most renowned hop variety. Is it all it’s cracked up to be? We decided to showcase this hop’s fabulous tropical fruit flavours: think lychee, passion fruit and guava, with some ripe stone fruit.
