A true representation of what a hazy hoppy Southern Hemisphere IPA can be. Pale and wheat malt compliment a heavy handed addition of both flaked wheat and flaked oats. Galaxy is centerstage in this brew with back up flavor and aromatics from two New Zealand classics – Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka. Strong notes of passionfruit and citrus are rounded out by a hint of white wine character and some light grapefruit.
