A multi-year collaboration brew bringing together the Victorian-based AIBA Champion Breweries from 2019 and 2021. On 21 April 2022, Blackmans Brewery, Hop Nation and Valhalla came together to create this dry hopped saison, showcasing HPAs Galaxy and Topaz. Malt consisted of Barrett Burston Wheat Malt, Bestmalzs Pilsner Malt and BLM Rolled Spelt from Cryer Malt. The beer also received an addition of seawater sourced from both Torquay and Mornington before fermentation using Whitelabs 565 Saison yeast.
