Terroir is the notion that flavour is defined by a sense of place. Sheer Terroir is an experiment with the goal to identify and highlight flavour variations that climate and soil can have on hops. Weve split and dry-hopped the same base beer with single-lot Citra hops grown int three different prolific US hop regions.
Idahos primary growing region, Treasure Valley, lies between Boise and the southwest border to Oregon. Look for strong citrus and herbaceous characters.
