This Imperial NEIPA is fermented with a blend of slightly estery and super hazy American east coast yeast which complements big US hops like Strata, Citra and Sabro. For extra pungency we added some Simcoe too. Finally on the hop side we have used essentially Cryo version of those hops. Cryo hops has a higher concentration in natural oils, delivering a much bigger aroma than traditional hops.
This NEIPA is a huge hop juice bomb served on a pillowy malt base. Once you go tropical there is no going home!
