Its our 4th birthday! This year we invested in a state-of-the-art 4-vessel German engineered brewhouse. And for our fourth birthday, we wanted to make it a part of the celebrations. So, for a short time on an exciting day at the end of September, four beers sat in the four vessels of the brewhouse at the exact same time.
Now, you’re holding one of the four beers, the one that celebrates our love of lagers whilst also experimenting with a new style that were really excited about. Weve dry hopped a crisp pilsner base with Hallertau Mittelfrh and Citra to create a unique, sessionable lager with pleasant-yet-assertive notes of lemons and oranges.
