A bock style traditionally brewed for Spring festivals in Europe; we have utilised our decoction mashing processes using our specialty under-modified pilsner malt and four temperature rests to create a complex malt profile and extract light toasty and peppery qualities. With a larger hop profile from the addition of classic German hop varieties, this Bavarian lager has a warm golden hue, delectable aromas of toast and caramel, and finishes dry. The perfect transitional brew between seasons.
