The Nelson Sauvin single-hopped Sour IPA is a hybrid beer that brings together two of craft beers most popular styles. The bright straw foam quickly disappears to leave an unapologetically golden, jammy body. Full-on hoppy, fruity aromas are immediately evident in the aroma; peach, apple and white wine grapes meld together seamlessly. A mild bitterness and acidity work together to accentuate the powerful aroma, while a delicate malt profile works to finish out the beer out crisp and clean.
