This is the third in our series of single hop pale ales.
Azacca – named after the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop with dominant citrus and tropical fruit flavours. You may find mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, pine, spice and grassy notes.
A simple grain bill and neutral yeast has been used, with a touch of crystal malt to add colour and sweetness.
