Zappa dry hopped 100 year old Foeder Australian Wild Ale Wow! That was a mouthful! This beer is inspired by the great musician Frank Zappa and a ground-breaking boatrocker, with the hops his family helped cultivate. What better way to honour Zappa and the Zappa hops by using them in a beer that is wild and wacky, just like our Australian Wild Ale. We like to think that if Frank were alive today he’d enjoy the citrus and tropical notes from the hops while the Brett funk plays backup to the bright acidity from the 3+ year old foeder aged beer. Wild man!
