Hopped generously with some of our favourites – Citra, Simcoe and Motueka, this beer is the best of both worlds – sour and juicy, tart and fruity.
Notes of zesty citrus and tropical stone fruit shine against a bright sourness. Soured with Philly yeast then pitched with our favourite hazy strain this one brings it all to the party.
We think its firkin good – have a quack at it!
