The whole plums were sponatneously fermented in oak barrels on a turbid mash wort. The result is subtle plum fruit characters completing a naturally soured & beautifully aged ale. Crisp & sparkling, enjoy this fine ale chilled, but not cold, as you would a glass of wine at the dinner table. Will reward further cellaring.
