A beer in celebration of the birth of one of our teams first children, Avery, so we used an ingredient for every letter of her name, brewed using Azacca, Vic Secret, El Dorado, Rakau and then added Yuzu fruit freshly harvested from Mountain Yuzu in Victoria.
This is packed full of tropical aromas and flavours from the huge hop additions then finishes with zesty citrus from the yuzu.
