How to best experience good nature tea: hot tea: place 1 or 2 tea bags in 8 oz. Cup; fill with freshly boiled water. Steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bag, relax and enjoy. Iced tea: place 5 tea bags in a one-quart container. Fill with 2 cups of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of cold water to container and serve over ice.
